The Altona Homestead in Melbourne is a must-visit destination for all history lovers. In fact, this is the oldest homestead nestled in the region – built back in 1842 on the designated areas of R.J. Logan Reserve.
Two of the first and most notable settlers of Altona, Alfred and Sarah, originally owned this beautiful property. Later, the Langhorne family revamped the homestead by using bluestone for the walls because of the frequent bush fire threats in the area.

I will be travelling to Melbourne late Jan/early Feb 2017. Does your tour include a pick up and drop off to a Hotels?
Hi Sue,
The Ghost Tour does not include hotel pick up or drop off.
If using public transport, catch a train from Flinders Street Station on the Williamstown line. Get off at Newport Station and transfer to the Altona Station via the Werribee line. The Altona Station is one block north of the Altona Homestead.
Regards,
Jess
