The Fed Square Car Park is open 24 hours and is accessible from Russell Street or Batman Ave (Exhibition Street extension, City Link) and has a flat rate of $16.00 on weekends and Friday evenings after 4pm. Enter after 4pm during the week and parking is only $13.00.
