Melbourne Ballpark was opened in 1990 and is one of the largest softball and baseball parks in Melbourne.
Also known as the State Baseball Softball Centre, Melbourne Ballpark has a capacity for 3900 spectators and is used widely by many Australian teams as well as international competitions.

Melbourne Ballpark is located just off Geelong Freeway in Altona. Take a train from Flinders Street and get off at Laverton, from where the stadium is a short 10-minute walk. You may also take bus 216, 219, or 220 from Lonsdale Street to Leeds Street, from where you will take another bus route 411 to Linden Street.
