Take a tour of the farm and pick your own fresh strawberries in one of the farm’s special activities known as U-Pick. Note, however, that this season is only open between the months of November – April (Closed Christmas Day). Just go and pay your entry fee and collect your strawberry punnet. Staff will direct you no how and where to pick the best strawberries. You must be able to close your punnet, otherwise, you will be charged for the extra strawberries.
Once you have had your pick, you may proceed to the cafe where delectable strawberry treats await you. Whether you would like some decadent strawberry ice cream or would like to try out the cafe’s signature Berry trifle, you can be sure you are in for the treat at Sunny Ridge. Pass by the shop to get fresh strawberry products, ranging from jams to syrups and even a mini jam gift pack to take home to friends and family.
To get to the farm, you are best to drive as public transport is not readily available. You may take Bus 788 to Portsea and then take a cab to the farm.
