5k Foam Fest – Yarra Valley 2025 Dates, Obstacle Course, Entry Price
With various obstacles and a ton of foam, the 5K Foam Fest run is an exciting challenge for experienced and beginner runners alike…
Walk it, run it, charge it, and fun it; this course should be enjoyed at your own pace, and all obstacles are optional!
Can’t swim? Are you a little nervous about being able to complete an obstacle? No problem! Staff and volunteers are placed throughout the course. They are ready to leap into action and help you through an obstacle. Or, if you feel you shouldn’t do an obstacle for any reason, staff will help you around it.
It’s encouraged people to get crazy and creative and come in just about anything. All that’s asked is there are no cleats or sharp objects since a good portion of our course is inflatables, of course, and they wouldn’t want one to go POP!
The average person takes about an hour to an hour and a half to complete the course. The run is designed to avoid congestion on the course, with a heated wave system running every 15 minutes in desirable numbers. This allows each participant to experience The 5K Foam Fest in the best possible state!
Bring yourself, some ID, and your gear, and plan to get Foamy and muddy with a positive attitude, as this is a judgment-free zone, so there is no need to be nervous. It can’t stress enough that this is YOUR run, and they want YOU to have as much fun as possible!
A few extra things that are suggested include:
- Money for parking ($15)
- A change of clothes
- A towel to dry yourself off
- Some SPF for those fair-skinned beauties
- Waterproof camera/action cam to capture your funny and memorable moments
- Garbage bags for your car seats (trust us, the mud may come home with you!)
The 5k Foam Fest is proud to support the work of Make-A-Wish, granting wishes to children and teens fighting critical illnesses. You can also help them by donating or creating a fundraising page by logging into your Race Roster ticketing account.
Parking is $15 per vehicle (we recommend carpooling)! Parking is cash only and given directly to the parking attendant upon arrival.
